Message opinion of you.

Going around and deleting these past comments (some of which are not normal VTD, since they had been locked) was childish, immature, and totally not cool.

You are a business, and instead you are acting like 3 year olds. If you don't like what people are saying about you, you should rebut them reasonably, or work to make their complaints no longer valid. However, this is not the first time you have received this advice, and you still have a bad attitude, so I doubt that this post will change your mind.

With the AMS manifolds, the correct way to handle that, would have been to prove beyond doubt that they were not copies, either by measurements that are different (a few hundredths of an inch are NOT proof), or by proving that they had gone through a normal R&D cycle.

Every time I gain a little respect for the company (through knowledgeable posts, and better CS), you go and post some crybaby thing like this. I do appreciate the knowledge you bring to the community, but I won't buy from a company that cannot be respectful of the customer base (no matter how they act), and who often require a public grievance to make something happen.
